When you register to send e-mails, we may require the following personal information:

When you register to use a discussion board, we require you to provide your e-mail address and to select a username and password. We use this information only if you violate our terms and conditions for participation in these forums and we have to contact you.
If you are registering as a patient of the AEB Center you will be asked to provide additional information. This information requested may be related to your health and Personal Information. Personal Information means any identifiable information about an individual collected online, including a first and last name, home or physical address, including street name and name of town, an e-mail address, a telephone number or any other identifier that may permit the physical or online contacting of a specific individual.
You can elect to update this information or delete your registration on this site by e-mailing us at info@repro-med.net.
Disclosure of Your Information
We treat any personal information you give us as confidential. We do not analyze your personal information nor do we collect specific information about your use of our site.
Except as set forth herein or as specifically agreed to by you, the AEB Center will not disclose any personal information it gathers from you on our website. Disclosure to the AEB Center Operations and Maintenance Contractors
the AEB Center operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your personal information in the course of providing products or services to the AEB Center These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to better operation and maintenance of our website. Unless you have opted out of receiving e-mails from the AEB Center, these contractors also may have access to your e-mail address. Access to your personal information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary in order for the contractor to perform its limited function for the AEB Center.
